Data Storage
User and exam data are stored using Firebase services configured by the app owner.
Data Sharing
WELMOCK does not sell personal data. Data is used only for app functionality and academic or exam management within the app.
Data Retention
Data is retained as needed for app functionality, exam review, and progress history unless deletion is requested by the app owner or user through support, or the user deletes their account from within the app.
User Rights
Users may request correction or deletion of their profile or exam-related data through the support contact, and signed-in users can also delete their account directly from the app.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your WELMOCK account and associated data:
- Open the WELMOCK app.
- Sign in with your Google account.
- Open the account menu.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile data, exam history, submissions, and any exams created by you. Some limited data may be retained temporarily only if required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Security
Reasonable steps are taken to protect stored data, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
This app is intended for educational and exam preparation use. If required by local policy, use should be supervised by the institution or guardian.
